Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable non-smoking rooms. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, which speaks volumes. I always feel at home here.

Great way to end our trip. Nice hotel in a quiet area really close to the river, shops and the Laughlin casinos and the river. Large units with shower, a safe, for example, affable employees. Friendly check-in, generally terrific service.

Had double room with a safe, refrigerator and soundproofing. A wide range of good food...

The services are great, including a great pool. A queen room with the air on has basic facilities you need. The staff is accommodating.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Check-in was smooth, and the customer service stood out. I appreciated the clean, comfortable room equipped with modern amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge. Grab breakfast early for a variety of options!

I had a neat room in this clean hotel. The stuff where pleasant when asking for tips about Bullhead City. I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with the air on.

Room was dirty with a cockroach present.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

NO bad surprises !!! Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked well (The temp never went below 95 degrees during our stay so this was super important.) The mini fridge in our room also worked fine. The bed was comfy and the carpet and bathroom were clean. All good! The biscuits at breakfast were fabulous, what a great surprise. The eggs were good too. The staff are all polite and friendly. If you want "swanky," this is not the place for you. If you want a family and pet friendly, clean place to stay for a reasonable cost then get in line with us! We will definitely be back.

This hotel was a great fit for my hurried visit in Bullhead City with good value for the price. The continental breakfast looked ok, perfect for a quick bite. Just remember to check if the room's amenities work before settling in.

The location was close to Laughlin, breakfast was good

Came back to room after dinner, wife found ChapStick and Nail polish bottle under bed, comforter had bunch of stains on it, told front desk clerk, he called manager, she came to room, she took items and left, we then found broken glass by the bathroom sink, marijuana remains in the drawer, a fruitis bottle behind the nightstand, and to top it off we found underwear, we advised the clerk what we found, we wanted to leave the hotel but it was late, he got us a different room, this one was clean, but the bed was like sleeping on the ground. We spoke with the manager in the morning, she called someone, he authorized a whopping 20% discount on our first nights stay. I do not feel we were taken care of.
